There's nothing better for our children's hearts and minds than snuggling up on the sofa with a good book, or three! Here are some of our favourite reads.

THE STORM WHALE, Benji Davies, RRP$18, Simon & Schuster. For ages 3 and up. Featuring frame-worthy illustrations, this is a touching story set in a far-off land, revealing a beautiful dynamic between father and child.
THEY ALL SAW A CAT, Brendan Wenzel, RRP$26.95, Chronicle Books. For ages 3–6. An insight into perspectives from different animals. Vibrant, textural illustrations, plus repetition that kids will love.
MIX IT UP, Hervé Tullet, RRP$24.99, Chronicle Books. For ages 4–6. Lots of visual and hands-on fun to be had, all while learning about different colours.
HHERE WE ARE - NOTES FOR LIVING ON PLANET EARTH, Oliver Jeffers, RRP$29.99, HarperCollins. For ages 3 and up. A beautiful book about our world, and how we’re all part of it.
