Scandi Christmas Craft
Get the Scandinavian look with your decorations this Christmas with this simple and elegant wooden bead garland craft.
You will need:
- Wooden beads of what ever size(s) you like
- Natural string
- Scissors
- Large needle for threading
METHOD:
Plan out the design pattern you want to have for your beads, we chose 5 large round beads to one small oval bead.
The work out how long you'd like your garland to be to ensure you have enough beads. We had 100 round beads and 50 oval beads and threaded beads until we ran out.
Place the string through the needle and start threading the beads in the order you've planned, until they're all done.
Allow a generous amount of string at each end and tie the end piece of string around the final bead at each end and tie a looped knot so you can hang it either to your tree or on a hook at each end to decorate an interior space.
