CRAFT: happy little pots
🌿 Pot one, print one, give one, keep one 🌿
Create something simply beautiful with this delightful project from Audrey Fitzjohn.
You will need:
⚪ Ceramic containers (small bowls, pots, cups and saucers)
⚪ Lawn seeds (available at your local garden centre)
⚪ Succulents or small plants
⚪ Soil or potting mix
⚪ Ceramic marker pen (look for the Pébéo range, available at Gordon Harris)
Method:
1. Clean and dry each ceramic container thoroughly. Using a ceramic marker pen, draw faces on each container.
2. To plant your succulents: using a tablespoon, fill the container halfway to the top with soil. Delicately place the succulent on top of the soil and add more soil to fill up the container around the plant.
3. To plant your grass: using a tablespoon, fill the container all the way to the top with soil and compress it with the back of the spoon. Generously spread a layer
of lawn seeds and immediately wet with a couple of tablespoons of water.
4. Place the containers by a window with a lot of sunlight and lightly water the soil daily.
