My son really liked these and it was easy for me to prepare which was really helpful.

Fed to my 11 month old nephew and he loved it!! It was so quick and easy to prepare, great for those emergency dinners. I have my sister in law buying them regularly now!

I thought the cheesy taste/flavour a bit processed but my 9mth old didn't seem to mind. Handy to keep in the pantry as a filler to bulk up my own dinners/lunches occassionally and we will be taking a pack away on holiday with us to make fresh mashed veg and canned food go a little further. However, I probably wouldn't use everyday as it does seem a little bit too fake/processed for my liking.

My 15month old son absolutley loves this. It is quick and easy way to get dinner ready for him on those rushed nights. I added some cherry tomatoes and zucchini and he loved it.

Great to add to my own pureed meat to bulk up the meal, the 9mth old seems to like the taste and consistency, which is similar to adult polenta. You do have to be a tiny bit more organised what with the microwaving and waiting for it to cool down before serving though!

My son isn't a huge fan of spoon fed food, only slowly taking to food at 7 months and preferring to feed himself. However, this product was very easy to prepare and I liked the fact that it has added iron in it. My son has eaten it (as much as any food) and it seems ok. Not sure I would buy again, as I'd rather buy something with real meat in it to get the iron.

Thank you for the chance to review the farex dinners! My 8 month old daughter loves them. Seems to eat it all up quickly with no complaints. And quick and easy to make :)

My baby has only just started solids a few weeks ago, and she took to this quite well. Easy to prepare and good to have in the cupboard. I think it's better prepared with other vegetables though. I would however buy it again.

Handy to have in the cupboard for when you haven't got fresh veges. Quick and easy to make. My daughter likes it on its own or with meat or extra vege added.

I'm afraid this product was rejected completely by my wee boy. When I tasted it myself, I didn't blame him. It had absolutely no flavour, just a slight weird cheesy smell. I think the wallpaper paste we use at Playcentre is more appetising... at least he will eat that! When I signed up to review this product, I was expecting it to be more of a convenient instant meal with some real vegetables. Actually it is just a powder of rice, maize, soy and milk powder with 1.8% of dehydrated veges ground up so the only trace is a few green specks. I thought I might use it up by using it to thicken some homemade vege soup, to make it easier for him to spoon it up himself but he didn't like it in that form either. To be fair, we started J on real food at 6 months and he has never been fed mush. His first foods were whole pieces of roast pumpkin and slices of pear which he fed himself with his own hands. Since he is used to eating real food, it's not surprising he wouldn't have a bar of the Farex processed mush. My recommendation: skip the weird mush and go google Baby Led Weaning -it makes first food so much more fun.

I loved this product! I tried it out on my own 1yr old son and it was a great additive to other food to make a whole meal. I took it on holiday with us (which meant that I fed my son brought baby food) and it was so easy to use and I added it to a jar of other baby food to make a big enough meal for my son. Because I feed it to a 1 yr old, I wouldn't use it as a whole meal on it's own but it would definitely work on it's own as a meal for a younger child. I would definitely use this product again!

This is a great product, easy to make and tasty. My baby loves it. We use it as a way to add bulk, taste, and nutrition to my premade veges/meat. Meals go down a lot better with this product than with the basic rice cereal. It would work on its own as a meal if you wanted something very simple and your baby isn't too good with chunks yet. I will definitely be buying this once we have run out as it is a staple of my baby's lunchtimes.

Very handy product, very quick and easy to make and my little girl seemed to love it. Handy to mix in with homemade veges to bulk it out a bit, and she seems to like it more than plain farex. The only downside would be the processed cheese smell/taste, but it didn't seem to bother little miss.

I tasted this before giving to my 10 month old, and thought it was so bland. But she LOVED it. Gobbled it up. I added some meat to make a meal out of it. So easy to make if you need something quickly.

So Easy to make. Just mix the powder with water and you are ready to go. A little goes a long way with this product as I was amazed how much 2 tablespoons made. This is great as next step from purees as has subtle texture

This stuff is great! My 9 month old daughter happily eats it, plain or with meat or other vegies added. It is so handy. I make her vegie puree and freeze it in muffin trays and the Farex dinners are great to add to this homemade food to thicken it up or to make it go further. It gives me peace of mind to know she is getting plenty of iron and it is a nice way to introduce some more texture into her food. I found it so handy I went and brought the 6+ Farex Dinner too, and she loves that also. I wouldn't be without them now!

Really like the idea of these meals, quick & easy to prepare, perfect for when I don't have dinner sorted for him yet. My son enjoyed it by itself and also with lamb or fish.

Very quick and easy to prepare. My son loved it, either on its own or mixed with meat. Great knowing he was getting a healthy nutritious meal that took very little time to prepare.

My 11 month old is a food picky, and it always takes long time to feed her. However, she enjoys this one, maybe because it is cheese flavour. Easy to make.

I found this to be a great option when you're stuck for something quick to give your little one for dinner or lunch. My one year old seems to enjoy it most when I add it to her usual meat or fish dish. Great that it is rich in iron.

Great product, smells amazing. My children including my 2 and a half year old demolished it. Easy to make up and super healthy, veges and iron = excellent. What more could you want. I will definitely be buying this. Highly recommended.

Found this to be a good easy and simple meal that I could make up for both my 4 year old and 2 year old that they both loved and I could easily add to something else to make a simple meal even better

Very quick and easy to prepare. My daughter really enjoyed the meal by itself for lunch and having the option to add mince or chicken to it made it more versatile for an evening meal.

My 15 month old and 3 year old happily wolfed down the cheesy couscous meal for lunch. It's pretty similar to a meal I make from scratch but with the added bonus of being iron fortified and having more veges than I usually get into them in one sitting! A great easy option when you are low on time or the kids aren't quite into what mum and dad are having for dinner. The fact that it is iron fortified is great for my two girls who don't like much meat. Another bonus is the cheese which sticks all the couscous together, makes it way less messy!

This was a very quick and simple delicous meal idea by itself, especially for lunches. I then added poached chicken which I pureed up and added to the farex meal. This is a favourite of my son's.

My son Jack enjoys the couscous with cheesy vegetables, I have found it particularly good to add to his dinner veges or stew to add extra nutrients. Great step up from the Farex multigrain (6 months +).
