08/06/2020 -Thank you for the chance to review this product. This review is for the Bio Omega 3 supplement. I'm not great at taking supplements but even through these are large capsules they were easy to take with water. I took 1 per day. The container also has 300 capsules and so will last a long time. Often with supplements I do find that they sometime don't sit well. With these it was no issue so they are obviously gentle on the stomach. I would recommend this brand of omega 3 supplements.

08/06/2020 -This review is for the Health Life Colostrum Milk Tablets that are shaped as Teddy Bears and also the Health Milk Chewable Tablets. I love the way the Colostrum Milk Tablets made for kids have been made into teddy bears. This made it very easy to get our kids to take them! The kids loved the milky taste, which reminded them of milk bottle lollies and so were happy to have them each day. I was giving them 1 tablet a day with a drink, because even thought they were easy for them to chew they were slightly dry and so did need a drink after. For a supplement that kids are happy to take and helps build immunity heading into Winter I would definitely recommended these. The dosage for the Colostrum Chewable tablets is 5-10 per day. 10 I felt was too many to take each day so I have been taking 5. Like the teddy bear ones these are easy to chew, but you do need a drink after. The flavour of these are just like milk and so is a lovely flavour. A lot of supplements have an unpleasant after taste. But with these there is none of that. Again I would highly recommend these as a great supplement to boost your immunity heading into Winter.

08/06/2020 -Recently I had the opportunity to review the HEALTH LIFE Manuka Honey UMF5+. Honey is something my family and I love and over the years we have consumed a huge amount and a number of different brands. Health Life has definitely been one of our favourites with the jar emptying very quickly!! This honey has a beautiful golden colour and was very easy to spread on our toast. When added into our hot drinks it also dissolved easily. The flavour was very smooth and also has the distinctive Manuka honey taste. This was not too sweet which some honey's can be. Heading into Winter this is definitely a brand of honey that we using as a family to boost our immunity heading into the Winter months.
