Celebrating with Kiwigarden on their 10th birthday!
Celebrating 10 years in business is no small feat for a small kiwi business. For Kiwigarden, this momentous milestone is a welcome celebration following the recent challenges of the pandemic followed by the Hawke’s Bay floods earlier this year.
This Kiwi story started 10 years ago in the fruit bowl of New Zealand. It started with the humble New Zealand apple that were sliced and turned into a fun snack. Imagine a snack that had just one ingredient – 100% NZ apples!
Kiwigarden is a brainchild of a Kiwi mum who wanted the goodness of home kitchen to meet the convenience of a busy family life.
True to the Kiwi sense of ingenuity, Kiwigarden launched their now-famous yoghurt drops, which captured the goodness of a yoghurt minus the mess. It revolutionized snacking in New Zealand and further afield. The snacks had such an immediate appeal that they were exporting to South East Asia not long after distributing across New Zealand.
Their philosophy remains to create food that captures natural goodness while delivering convenience.
Their latest snacks include a corn and quinoa cake with a yoghurt squiggle which is their nutritious take on an ordinary cracker. Their plant-based melts enriched with iron meet the growing demand for plant-based options. These are made with ingredients like avocado, NZ kumara and blueberries. Their range is suited for little ones learning to self-feed right through to the big kids, including parents who confess indulging themselves to these healthy treats.
Kiwigarden’s motto happy kids, happy life resonates with parents who understand that good nutrition and good health is the foundation for happy kids. Here’s to the next 10 years of promoting happy kids with yummy, healthy snacks.
