Today we can reveal, kiwi-owned PURE MAMA Skincare (and friends of OHbaby!) are taking on the billion-dollar US pregnancy skincare industry, with their launch into major retailers Erewhon, Nordstrom, Macy’s and Revolve.
Co-owned by sisters Lara Henderson and Yasmin Shepherd, PURE MAMA Skincare are best known for their luxury, must-have Belly Oil. Selling out just a few months from launch in 2021, PURE MAMA has experienced remarkable growth and success as a start-up New Zealand company in just over three years.
PURE MAMA’s unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and effectiveness has also garnered a growing international audience, with endorsements from high-profile figures like Kourtney Kardashian, who shared the product range with her 222 million followers on Instagram. The brand has also achieved remarkable success with retail partners, including the prestigious beauty giant MECCA, selling out six times since launching in August 2023 as their first-ever pregnancy skincare brand and growing over 300% year on year since launch.
