MINDFUL MOMENTS: BREATHE AND RECHARGE

PRIORITISE SLEEP

Getting enough quality sleep is essential for nervous system health. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night and establish a regular sleep schedule. If you have young children that wake in the night try hoping into bed an hour earlier than normal. If you have trouble sleeping yourself, avoid screens at least an hour before bed and first thing in the morning.

LAUGH AND HAVE FUN

Laughter is a great stress reliever. Engage in activities that make you laugh and have fun with your children.
