RECIPE: Passionfruit Sangria

Sweet but strong, this is a great way to start a brunch party. Pair it with fresh pastries and a fruit platter or a stack of pancakes.
Serves 10
Ingredients
2 x 750 ml (26 fl oz) bottles prosecco
4 cups pineapple juice
1½ cups vodka
½ cup passionfruit pulp
¹⁄₃ cup lime juice
6 cups ice
1. Mix all ingredients except ice in a very large bowl or jug.
2. Fill serving jugs or a drink dispenser with ice, then ladle in the sangria.
