RECIPE: Pink Fizz
This one’s my favourite! Easy to make and beautifully refreshing!
Serves 10
Ingredients
4 cups soda water
750 ml (26 fl oz) bottle sparkling apple juice
750 ml (26 fl oz) bottle sparkling rosé
2 cups pink grapefruit juice
1½ cups pink gin
1 cup chopped fresh berries
6 cups ice
1. Mix all ingredients except ice in a large bowl or jug.
2. Serve in tall glasses over ice.
