Swish Green and Lean Smoothie

Serves 2-3
Ingredients
1 cup Cold Water
1 Orange (peeled)
2 Cucumbers
¼ Papaya
1 cup Baby Spinach Leaves
1 Avocado (remove skin and seed)
½ cup Broccoli
2 Pears, quartered (skin on)
Handful of Mint Leaves
Extras
1 scoop of Cocnut Oil, Chia seeds, Flaxseeds and/or Almonds
Method
- Put the ingredients into the Vitamix Wet Blade Container in the order listed.
- Secure lid and select Variable Speed 1.
- Turn on the machine and quickly increase speed to Variable Speed 10, then to High.
- Using the tamper if necessary, blend for one minute or until smooth.
