Wake up call smoothie
Serves 2-3
1/2 Green Apple

Ingredients
1/2 Green Apple
1/2 Lime
1 tsp fresh Ginger
1/2 small Cucumber
1/4 Pear
1/2 cup Paw Paw
1 1/2 cups Coconut Water
1 kale leaf
1/2 cup Baby Spinach leaves
Coconut nectar or raw Honey to taste
Method
- Put the ingredients into the Vitamix Wet Blade Container in the order listed.
- Secure lid and select Variable Speed 1.
- Turn on the machine and quickly increase speed to Variable Speed 10, then to High.
- Using the tamper if necessary, blend for one minute or until smooth.
Tips
