Recipe: Protein cookie dough bliss balls
Sweetened with dates and protein-packed with our unflavoured Bone Broth Protein Powder, these are the perfect snack for busy mums (and loved by little ones!). Quick, clean, and trustworthy fuel to heal and nourish.
Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews
½ cup rolled oats
3 tbsp hemp seeds
8-10 dates, soaked and drained
4 tbsp almond or cashew butter
½ tsp vanilla essence
6 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 serve unflavoured Bone Broth Protein Powder
Pinch of cinnamon and salt
⅓ cup dark choc chunks
- Place all ingredients (except chocolate) in a food processor and blend until sticky. Note: this may take a few minutes but if too dry, add a little more coconut oil.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and pop in the fridge for 5-10minutes.
- Remove from fridge and stir in chocolate chunks.
- Shape into balls (to your size liking)
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1-2 weeks.
